How personal data is handled on this website, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO).

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

Company
Digized InfoTech GmbH
Address
Innovationsplatz 1, 4224 Wartberg ob der Aist, Austria
Email
office@digized.io
Telephone
+43 676 962 3898
International sales & project enquiries
+90 536 201 47 02
Data protection contact
office@digized.io

Data-protection enquiries are handled by the company mailbox above. A separate data protection officer under Art. 37 GDPR is not designated, as the conditions for a mandatory designation are not met. Full company and register details are published in the Impressum.

2. Scope

This notice applies to the website operated under the ESNORA brand. It describes which personal data is processed when you visit the site, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and which rights you have.

3. Server log data

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically records data that your browser transmits. This typically comprises the requested page, date and time of access, transferred data volume, referrer, browser type and version, operating system and IP address.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, stable and functional provision of the website. The data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after the retention period set by the hosting provider.

4. Hosting

This website is delivered by a hosting service provider engaged by the controller for that purpose, which processes the server log data described in section 3 on the controller’s instructions. Where that engagement constitutes processing on the controller’s behalf, it is governed by a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

This notice names a category of recipient rather than a specific provider, server location or transfer mechanism, because those particulars are not asserted here unless they have been verified and documented. The current details are held in the controller’s record of processing activities and are available on request using the contact details in section 1.

5. Cookies, local storage and consent

This website sets no cookies at all. It uses no web analytics, no advertising or retargeting pixels and no social-media plugins. No personal data is collected for measurement or marketing, and none is passed to a third party for those purposes.

Two values are kept in your browser’s localStorage. Neither is transmitted to a server and neither identifies you:

esnora.consent
Your decision in the consent panel, together with the version of the category set it was given for (currently 2026-08-20.1) and the time of the decision. If the categories change, the version changes and you are asked again.
esnora.locale
The language you last viewed, so the language selector can show it. It is never used to redirect you: the language is decided by the URL you request, not by this value and not by your browser settings.

The consent panel offers four categories — necessary, preferences, analytics and marketing. Necessary storage covers only the two values above and cannot be switched off, because the site cannot record a refusal without storing it. Analytics and marketing are switched off by default and no category is pre-selected. Refusing is a single click and is offered with the same prominence as accepting. You can reopen the panel at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer, and change or withdraw your decision with effect for the future.

At present, granting analytics or marketing consent activates nothing, because no such technology is installed in this build. The categories exist so that consent is collected before any tool is introduced, not afterwards. If analytics, advertising or any other consent-requiring technology is added later, this notice must name the tool, its processor and its retention period, and the consent version must be raised so that every visitor is asked again, before that technology goes live.

6. Fonts and external resources

All typefaces are delivered from this website’s own domain. No font is loaded from a third-party content delivery network, so no IP address is transmitted to a font provider when you view a page.

All product images are stored and served locally from this domain. No image, script, stylesheet or media file is embedded from a third-party host. Outbound links to external websites are marked as such; once you follow them, the privacy notice of the respective operator applies.

7. Quote-request form

The quote-request form collects company, contact name, email address, telephone number, country, project type, product category, estimated quantity and your message. These details are used solely to process and answer your enquiry, and are not passed to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfil the enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the processing relates to pre-contractual measures taken at your request, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Entries are validated in your browser and, once you submit them, are sent as a single encrypted request to form.esnora.eu — a first-party technical form relay operated for ESNORA by Digized InfoTech GmbH, on the controller’s own infrastructure — which forwards the enquiry to the ESNORA project mailbox by email. The relay is not a separate company and not a third-party service; it is part of the controller’s own systems, so submitting the form does not disclose your enquiry to anyone else. Nothing is sent before you submit, and no draft is stored in your browser. No third-party form platform, marketing platform, CAPTCHA, analytics or social-media tracking is involved.

The form also transmits the language version you were using and the address of the page you sent the enquiry from, so that the response can be written in the right language and refer to the right product. It additionally contains a hidden spam-prevention field — a honeypot — which stays empty for a real visitor and is used only to recognise automated submissions. No cookie is set and no profile is built.

You can always contact us without using the form, through the company mailbox office@digized.io or the company telephone numbers published in the Impressum.

Recipient of enquiry data
Digized InfoTech GmbH
Transmission
TLS-encrypted POST to the first-party relay at form.esnora.eu, then email to the ESNORA project mailbox
Retention period for enquiry data
For as long as required to handle the enquiry, and no longer than three years, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

8. Recipients and third-country transfers

Personal data is passed on only where a processor is engaged for the operation of the website, and only under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The only such category in the current build is the hosting service provider described in section 4. The form relay in section 7 is not a separate recipient: it is the controller’s own first-party infrastructure, so an enquiry sent through the form stays with the controller.

A transfer to a third country outside the EU/EEA takes place only where an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR exist. This notice does not assert a server location or a particular transfer mechanism, because neither is stated here unless it has been verified and documented; where one applies it is recorded in the controller’s record of processing activities.

9. Retention

Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as statutory retention obligations — particularly under commercial and tax law — require.

10. Your rights

As a data subject you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future

To exercise these rights, contact the controller using the details in section 1.

11. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. The competent authority for the controller is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde (Austrian Data Protection Authority), dsb.gv.at.

12. Security

This website is delivered over TLS-encrypted connections. Standard protective response headers are set, including X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy and Permissions-Policy.

13. Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated whenever changes to the website or to the applicable legal position make it necessary.
